Pool and landscape companies are a dime a dozen in our desert climate. Where LINK distinguishes itself from the others is in our founder’s belief that design in an integral part of any project, and one size most definitely does not fit all.

Our owners have four-year degrees in landscape architecture. Unlike many pool and landscape professionals, they’ve studied it and spent years in the local industry gaining a keen understanding of what works and what doesn’t in the design and construction process.
Meet Our Leadership Team:
Tim Jarnagan
An industry veteran with a passion for exceptional pool and landscape design, Tim J. has more than 15 years experience in landscape and pool design and construction. He has a degree in landscape architecture from Arizona State University and is a licensed, bonded and insured pool and landscape contractor. Prior to launching LINK, he spent several years working for a local high-volume pool builder where he learned the ins and outs of the pool business, and set numerous sales records. His experience also includes landscape construction and project management for the Arizona Cardinals stadium project while working for a prominent landscape architect. He is married with three children and resides in Chandler, Ariz. In his free time you can find him coaching volleyball, basketball or soccer depending on the season or helping out his daughters’ Girl Scout troops!
Tim Leichtnam,
Tim L. has more than a decade of experience in landscape design and construction. He has a degree in drafting and design from ITT Technical Institute and a degree in graphic design from Collins College. He also holds a Certified Pool/Spa Operator certification from the National Swimming Pool Foundation. His expertise in AutoCAD means he’s the brains behind LINK’s exceptionally detailed landscape and pool design plans. Prior to launching LINK, he spent nearly a decade working for two of the largest pool builders in Arizona. He is married and resides in Gilbert, Ariz., with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, bowling and woodworking.
